# Data processing settings

> Record your organization's processing details and agreement in the dashboard.

**Data processing** guides the organization Owner through Aixy's Data Processing Agreement (DPA)
and records the applicable customer and processing details. Open it from the account menu and
follow the route that matches your use. Self-service business processing requires an active Pro
or Enterprise plan.

## Complete the setup

1. Review the explanation shown for personal/household and professional/organizational use.
2. Follow the applicable agreement flow and enter the customer identity, country, address, and
   privacy contact requested by the form.
3. Review the processing details and acknowledgements, then submit the agreement as an authorized
   representative.
4. Reopen the page to verify the recorded status and agreement information.

Use the agreement and Privacy Notice linked in the dashboard as the authoritative terms.
For processing outside the self-service agreement's scope, use its contact path before submitting
that data. Enterprise customers can follow the custom-terms path provided on the page.

## Configure operational data handling

Review the settings that affect your actual use:

Recording a DPA does not configure those controls automatically. Review them for each project
and use before sending its traffic.
